Polaris Financial Planning recognizes that women’s financial needs are different from men’s. We combine our education and experience to ensure that their specific needs are met, and their desired goals are reached. We focus on women in the following areas:

INDEPENDENCE. Women seeking guidance towards financial independence. Women tend to take on extra roles in life (wife, mother, employee, employer, confidant, friend), and because of this, the task of financial planner seems to fall by the wayside. We take over this job to ensure that the finances are not overlooked.

BUSINESS. Those who are business owners and home owners, who find themselves constantly battling to manage the two assets separately. We can help women to understand the rules of running a business, and the implications it has on your personal finances.

DIVORCE. Those who are about to, are currently, or have previously experienced a divorce. We have found that many of these women are finding adequate legal guidance, but are lacking the much needed financial guidance, through this life changing event. We provide the advice and direction that many women have missed.

DEATH. Those who have become widows who, in addition to the emotional turmoil, are struggling to make sense of the financial mayhem. Polaris Financial Planning helps women to navigate through these waters.
